Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
The short version. Use the products normally, do not abuse them, and remember that AI output can be wrong. Everything is provided as is by one independent developer.
By using any KucLab product, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to everything under kuclab.org: the front page, Hertz, AIPro, Prompter, Firums, the browser games (Adrenaline, Subway, Cap, Clux, MC, Planety, Gun, Ball Hunt, Nekonecny boj, Noir, Prehistorik, AI Battle) and the tools (15Mail, Drive, Jailbreak, Search, IP, NASA, Translator, QR, File). Models published on our Hugging Face page are additionally subject to Hugging Face's terms.
KucLab is run by Jaroslav Kučera. Contact goes through the support centre, or by email to [email protected].
2. Accounts
Most products need no account. Hertz is the exception: it needs one because the models are served through our own API. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. One account per person; if you lose access, contact the support centre and we will sort it out.
3. Acceptable use
Across all products, you agree not to:
- Break the law or help anyone else break it.
- Attack, overload or probe the services, or try to access accounts and data that are not yours.
- Send spam or abuse through 15Mail, Firums, the support centre or any other channel.
- Publish on Firums anything illegal, or personal data of other people without their consent. Posts are public by design.
- Resell access to the services or hammer the APIs with automated bulk traffic.
If you are under 16, use KucLab with a parent or guardian.
4. Your content
What you create stays yours: your Hertz conversations and projects, your Drive files, your prompts. Hertz and Drive are zero-knowledge, which means we cannot read that content even if we wanted to, so keep your own backups of anything important. Anything you deliberately publish, such as a Firums post, is public: by posting it you allow us to display and distribute it as part of the service.
5. AI output is not advice
Hertz, AIPro and Prompter generate output that can be wrong, incomplete or made up. Do not treat it as professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and verify anything important before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use what the models produce.
6. Availability and changes
KucLab is an independent project, not a corporation with an uptime department. Products may change, pause or go down without notice, and features may appear or disappear. We will keep things running as best we can, but we make no promise of uninterrupted availability.
7. No warranty and liability
Everything is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the services, including lost data, wrong AI output or downtime.
8. Third parties
Some products touch third-party services: AIPro uses an API key you supply to reach the model provider you choose, the Hugging Face page is governed by Hugging Face, and pages load a font from Google Fonts. We are not responsible for what third parties do.
9. Ending access
You can stop using KucLab at any time. You can ask for your Hertz account and its data to be deleted through the support centre. We may restrict or close accounts, or block access to any product, in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
If the terms change in a way that matters, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Continued use after that point means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If a dispute cannot be settled through the support centre first, it goes before the Czech courts.
