15Mail is a security-first temporary email service designed for maximum anonymity. Unlike traditional mail creators, we do not require usernames, passwords, or personal detail registrations.
- Privacy: We use Mullvad-style generated 12-digit keys. Your identity is fully decoupled from the temporary inboxes you create.
- Self-destruction: All received email messages are automatically deleted after 15 minutes to guarantee data minimization.
- Extensions: Need more time to verify an account? Extend the lifetime by +1 hour once the countdown reaches 5 minutes or less.

Welcome to 15mail. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Nature of the Service (Disposable and Anonymous Emails)
Automated & Permanent Deletion: 15mail provides disposable, temporary email inboxes. All incoming messages, attachments, and metadata are automatically, permanently, and irreversibly deleted from the server once the designated time limit expires.
No Logging or Registration: The service does not require registration, personal data, or the logging of user IP addresses linked to specific inboxes. The platform is built on the philosophy of strict data minimization.
2. Content Liability and Misuse
Content Blindness: Due to the automated nature of incoming mail, the operator does not moderate, review, or read the content of emails delivered to temporary inboxes.
Sole User Responsibility: The user is fully responsible for the purposes for which they use the temporary inbox (e.g., registering on third-party websites). The operator is not liable if a third party refuses to accept disposable email addresses.
Prohibited Use: It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for illegal activities, spamming, phishing, harassment, or bypassing the security systems of other services.
3. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Legal Liability
Any unlawful conduct associated with the use of this service is fully and exclusively the legal responsibility of the user. The operator shall not be held liable for user actions.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: In the event of a legitimate request from law enforcement or government authorities, the operator will fully cooperate. However, users acknowledge that due to the architecture of the platform (no logs, immediate purging), the operator does not possess logs of deleted emails or user identities and cannot provide data retrospectively.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee 100% email deliverability and is not liable for data loss caused by the automated expiration and deletion of messages.

6. Provisions for Businesses, Third Parties, and Service Providers (Anti-Blocking Policy)
Neutral Gateway Status: The 15mail platform operates strictly as a passive, neutral, and independent communication infrastructure provider. Similar to internet service providers (ISPs) or traditional postal services, the operator of 15mail has no control over the content sent to the inboxes, nor the intent of the users receiving them. Any discrimination or blanket blocking of our domains by third-party entities (businesses, e-commerce sites, registrars) is entirely unjustified.
Prohibition of Blacklisting: It is strictly prohibited to place 15mail domains on blacklists, disposable email blocklists, or fraudulent domain databases without a legitimate, verifiable, and legally sound reason.
Legal Consequences: Blanket blocking of our domains without prior verifiable notice and proof of specific malicious activity directly originating from our infrastructure (such as a DDoS attack, which is technically impossible as we only receive inbound mail) is considered an unauthorized disruption of our services and an infringement on our platform's reputation. The operator reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, seek damages, or report such entities to relevant authorities for violating network neutrality and fair competition principles.
